Outlook for Mac to PST is never seamless, unless you know some professional third party that has the ability to make it effortless and thorough. “Mail Passport Pro” is such a tool.
Outlook for MAC to PST migration is when you want to move your Outlook contacts, emails, and calendar data into PST. Both are excellent email clients but some reason sometimes users wish to move to PST. Or in many other cases, users use both email clients and they wish to transfer some of their emails and contacts folder to PST files for Outlook. For me, the solution I thought might was “Mail Passport Pro”. I read some of the reviews and testimonials and was hooked. It was then when I actually got aware of these file formats and what to do with them.
Luckily, it wasn’t me who had to do anything with these file formats. It was the tool itself that automatically converts OLM to PST files and you can easily migrate all of your contacts, calendar data, and emails from Mac Outlook 2011 to Window Outlook.
So, this is how the tool works.
“Mail Passport Pro” offers other multiple output formats, such as Apple Mail,Thunderbird, Entourage, Postbox, Gmail, Mbox, Eml, OLM etc.
You install it and launch it from your “applications” in Window. Then, you load your OLM files into it. Click “Add OLM” at the top of its interface and go to the drive where OLM files are stored and select them. The tool will scan the files thoroughly, presenting you with all the content inside the files. You can choose the folders you want to convert.
Next, specify some of the additional options that are given related to the contacts and calendar data. And then choose the output format, which in this case is PST.
After choosing your desired output format, click “Convert”. This will generate the output converted files.
I was extremely happy with the way this tool worked. There wasn’t a single thing that I didn’t find easy to do. The graphical wizard and the instructions were simple to follow, and everything flowed naturally.
